Well I hate to say it but I think a takeover is out of the question now. The Richfield director who sold out, looks like they have a relation, who not only is a director at both the purchasing companies, but also has a stake in both companies, and didn't disclose this. Wonder why?
The shares look like they were hidden in The Virgin Islands too, which is not a good look.
Richfield will need that $11m fighting this in court, and may have to find someone to buy the shares back off the purchasers. So let's just say, the Baltic dry index is now the least of their problems.
"This news is unlikely to affect the market". That's because there is no market!
