Looks like two large holders below 20% are owned by the same guy and always have been without disclosure so in breach of Corp Act, must be to do with being over 20% bringing takeover panel into play.
Don't think anything has changed apart from disclosure breach.
I held these for a while and sold at the wrong time early this year before the pop higher. I noticed common directors in another dodgy stock I was watching at the time, EPA from a ridiculous relisting price of 20c (huge market cap based on nothing with hundreds of millions to vendors) all the way down to 0.2c in less than a year.
