Reading the reasons was knocked back is a clear message directors have no clue.
The takesovers panel can be very good IF you know what your doing ....and have all the paperwork to support your case which ser did not have either. Very embarrassing for directors showing lack of knowledge and leadership . I struggle to see much future in ser.ionic is thier best asset with no immediate way to cash in on it
