By definition, the board are to represent and look after the interests of all shareholders. That is "doubtful".
The Panel has recognised issues with the delisting proposal.
I might be wrong, but only one side of the "discussion" is party to the issues with the Panel. Otherwise how can they challenge the issues.
We shareholders are not privy to the "discussion". Or the issues.
Are the board representing all shareholders in their presentations to the Panel? Unlikely lol.
All seems rather strange to me but I am just a simple trusting shareholder.
