the current directors have agree to work without fee while the future of the company is figured out (very much in the interests of shareholders). I very much doubt the same courtesy would be extended by the new directors. I have a gut feeling they would give themselves a bunch of shares, having just wasted company cash calling for a general meeting and referring to the take over board, then taking the company in some random direction.
this is also a distraction from the job I think we hoped they would be doing now ie finding a new product.
the whole thing with this new mob to me just smells bad. this isn't wheeler dealers. if it does go to a meeting my vote is no (and don't let the door hit you on the way out).
