I am confused. Gotta,think this out. Don't like the new 'takeover' cowboys. They aren't biotech. Accumulated tax losses won't apply. But the conpany's reaction is scandalous and unethical. Where is CB in all this - the unchallenged director. The cowboys have a plan, the incumbents want to resist. Why? For self preservation or shareholder interest.
The answer is simple. A failed company, in a self interest bun fight. I'm out tomorrow and back into POH, where although the prognosis is not flash, the path forward is at least ethical and clear cut.
