talk about the cat amongst the pigeons here.... absolute panic in the ranks of the JRV management...
SDI holds 0.03% and with the emails sent to us all now have 26% support AND JRV management thinks that this is a "collective holding" and we should all be stopped from voting at the next AGM on 29/11...
just because we want our company to actually do something than just dish out quarterlies, and we want our management to be accountable, we are now to be "sidelined" so that we cannot have second strike - the mind numbs at such an attitude... no doubt there is nothing to show after 50 years of existence - a measly MC of $5m... all possible scopes of revenue generations sold off - be it gold or Sc and the Ni deal with CRR scuttled all these years away on the pretext of "no 2nd Ravensthorpe here" rhetoric (I am not sure if there are any shareholders left from those days of 2007 other than me here now who could remember this)...
I am p!55ed and it is not very common for me to get so charged up... 10 years + of being invested here and nothing to show for it - not a single $ received and CRs upon CRs... the ASIC must initiate some investigation into this company - the worst that can happen is that the price tanks - so what, we are all under water but if they can get rid of this management then there is a good chance of making some money in the next 2-3 years...
absolute disgrace JRV board..... you have never worked for the shareholders imo... if you can list only one achievement in the last 10 years, I promise to sell all my JRV shares at this loss and move on...
