and where can we all shareholders/non shareholders donate to?

I  don't think the shareholders behind this application are seeking donations. I am just sharing that to submit an application for consideration by the takeovers panel comes with an application fee of $2400. I am suggesting that there is some substance to their application. I presume they engaged a legal professional to submit the application as well. Just my own thoughts. I am not party to this application but I have also been in discussions with takeover panel.
