@cosmicz I'm guessing that IF the panel allows the delist vote to proceed that it will be via either a special resolution or it will remain via an ordinary resolution and Todd would be exempt from the vote as the panel made mention that Todd stand to be the only beneficiary in regards to the current delist debacle.

Again well done minority shareholders, this is one massive tick for us and a huge embarrassment for them!
