agreed. I was merely thinking maybe uncy had had some correspondence or indication from ASIC that they were actually doing something.

For example, when HML released the change in substantial holdings notice after they'd been put on hold by the Takeovers panel, I lodged complaints with both ASX and ASIC - I've yet to receive a response on either.

Now, a day or so later HML put out a clarification which explained it away but it still doesn't instil confidence having not received a response from either ASX or ASIC, especially when they could have just referred me to the clarification announcement.
