I do think the TOV Panel will be mindful of the time frame, and make a decision early next week. Hopefully they do refer this to ASIC as @dan1 has put forward. Failing any alternatives this will still apply "A sitting Panel has not been appointed at this stage and no decision has been made whether to conduct proceedings or to hear the applications together." Imo.
