Magnum still can receive substantial bonus shares on NSE. Possibly taking their holding to 20%. any more and Magnum would be required to make a takeover offer for NSE. I recall that Magnum is looking after NSE assets in USA and depending performance of those US assets, Magnum Hunter will be entitled to a substantial qty of NSE shares.
still at a loss as to why Magnum extended the share offer. I presume this is merely to tidy up the paperwork to comply with their failed AQO bid.
