So the shares of the directors and Mrs Haziladas have been frozen (~15%) until the takeover panel makes its ruling. If only this amount of shares are taken out of DLS hands, this makes things interest. Alternatively, if Magnum get everything they want, essentially all post-takeover share trades annulled (including Eye Fund's block of shares which they bought to get to the 19/9%, DLS might even pull out of the race completely. Can't imagine DLS getting into a (fair) bidding war with Magnum.
But I hope you are right, cheapprice, and DLS simply raise their offer and make this fiasco go away.
