they have withdrawn the attempt to stay the vesting order. no doubt because they couldnt stay it anyway.

to act as interveners. This is also pine needle clutching, they only grew Xmas trees not food on 3.5ha of moose pasture, its hard to see how any judge can take this seriously


we wait and see. might be resolved sooner than we think if the judge thinks this is a waste of time.
