Torrens is still an asset, it is the drilling that is an expense. I am sure if they wanted to offload Torrens there would be more than a few companies around that would be happy to take it off their hands.
You are right that AIS is very undervalued. For all the wisdom of the markets it can really get companies with even slightly complex asset mix totally wrong.
