Well Gonzificus :: I am in stock market from long time and seen lots of drama. I want to make few point which led to believe BDR FAILURE IS A PRE-PLANNED SCRIPT. Here are my points. You can connect the dots ( For legal reasons, I will not name anybody).

1) Have a look Decision Makers & where they live ? I leave that to you to do research.

2) Soon after current CR, first appointment made is Chief Geologist (located in Canada). Mine is in Brazil, company office is in Perth but geologist in Canada ? Means some one sitting in Canada is "Key Decision Maker" not Perth.

3) Management seems to be obsessed with Canadian Listing at TSX-V (not TSX) and delisting on ASX (It was announced on ASX with possibility to list on ASX). It is like selling a house in Toorak and buying a house Broadmeadows. Hope you get the sense.

4) My assessment is some one from behind is pulling the string to make sure BDR fails and goes in liquidation then XYZ buys BDR assets via TSX-V.

5) Once BDR is listed on TSX-V and sent into liquidation, Aussie shareholders will loose all power (as it will be no longer listed on ASX)
