I Smell a Rat in this whole so called Canadian Listing Saga.

Now I understand why BDR CEO/MD and Directors are chasing TSX-V Listing ?
..
Once BDR goes to TSX-V, private placement at less than a cents will start and some random XYZ will own BDR as whole company..
..
However, MACA is now Wild Card. MACA can decide NOT TO CONVERT ITS LOAN SHARES RIGHT NOW AND REMAIN ON BOARD AND EVENTUALLY DECIDE TO MAKE A TAKE OVER FOR BDR.
