Best solution for BDR is
..
1) Top 10 shareholders decide to take control (as they did with PDN)
..
2) Appoint a new CEO/CFO/MD who will directly report to Major Shareholders
..
3) Get rid off all existing board and CFO/CEO/MD
..
CFO must be first to be thrown out. Same guy is sitting in same job for almost a decade while BDR has been bleeding
