I was looking for the same thing Alk47. It only says if they get to 30% of currently issued shares they may scale back the offer. If it is around 30% you may want to take note of the comments by DRUMMABOY above. I'm keenly watching how the slight lift in spot is going to trend in the next few weeks. If it keeps creeping up it has to lift current share prices (imo of course).
