I believe you nailed it. A lot of people live in remorse and blame others for their own failings. They then lambaste their misfortunes on an anonymous internet forum. Like an addict, their first hit can never be replicated, but they're now addicted and need to come back repetitively for more - viscous cycle.

I prefer to move on if an investment goes sour, sometimes it's not always my fault, but constantly lamenting on it doesn't help your health or your next investment.
