Yes clearly there is a seller active at the moment and he/she has been at it for a while
Which makes me think they must be close to done?
People sell for all sorts of reasons I'm more interested in who is the buyer(s) that have stepped in to soak up the cheap stuff. Buyers have only 1 motivation.
