Rubbish. Your response previously did not make any sense and still doesn't
I raised legitimate queries in regard to the approval process of issuing placement shares to a related party without shareholder approval. The ann was not clear on this and stated that the placements were approved under listing rules 7 & 7.1 (or similar), which obviously C2V were allowed to vote on at the time with a cursory note at the end that it all would be subject to regulatory requirements.
I also queried how all of this circumvented the 20% rule as from my calculations C2V would end up over 20%.
The CEO did not answer any of those queries directly and I repeated the question to stony silence. (incl repeating the question to your response)
In fact on 19/12/18 the Company issued a Notice Under ASX Listing Rule 3.10.5A advising that the new shares have been issued under Rule 7.1A!!
The CEO is now advising that the shares have not been issued and are now qualifying this with the ASX.
I am not trying to be critical, however I did not believe this process was within the rules, although ASX may well come out and say go for it. Nothing surprises me anymore
I am pleased that this Company now seems to have a decent chance of moving forward, and obviously this will be driven by current management.
I am always concerned when large chunks of a Company are obtained through placements at lows which small shareholders are not part of.
Directors buying through placements obviously doesn't create the same market sentiment as Directors (large) buying on market.
I am sorry you view asking questions and raising issues as critical and pessimistic...……….
