I am pleased to see that clarification is being sought from ASX re allocation of shares from last placement. I had specifically queried this (from a rules perspective, including voting aspect and the 20% rule) and no one wanted to respond to the actual queries, just tell me I hadn't read enough and shouldn't be making those comments etc.
I even noticed a poster comment later that he was glad the CEO responded to "misinformed posters who post incorrect information"
I presume the poster was talking about me and was hoping that poster might point out where I was misinformed and incorrect.
I am happy to be proven wrong and learn where I have made mistakes in my calculations or rule interpretations, however I would be very disappointed if the CDX threads become a no question zone because we all should just support whatever is put in front of us.
I will always support leaders who actually add value and can turn Companies around, but, I will always query the dilution aspect of placement shares.
