    Ok got to the detail.
    Announcement dated 29/5/17 (603 notice) states 5.01% holding, 10m shares, issued as a result of the Cascade takeover to Sierra signed by Anton Billis.

    So he controls this plus 6.5 Million shares in each of Rand and Tribune bringing the total held to 23,170,342 or approx just over 11% of the voting rights.

    Good thing he is very supportive!
