No, they are separate equities.. matter of fact I am looking at selling my shares if they float well today and just keeping my options.
You can also sell your options online as well but as they will be worth like only a few cents (if that), you may not be able to sell them in such a small tranch. If you were only given 10000 options, then at 1c each that is only $100.
