Seems to me the main requisitioning shareholder to change the board back in Aug (in the UBS Nominee acc) was 'Gian Limited'? (pdf is hard to read), and if that is the case they appear to have sold off their shares.
So while the remaining shareholders in that group **might** have more than the 5% required to try again, I don't think we will see another attempt on the board unless a proposing party can make a very good case to do so.
