Hi All
Given the stated Main role and responsibilities I think that a graduate with only 1 to 2 years experience will not be up to the mark and will need a high level of mentoring and supervision for what I see to be a key position. The lack of experience will need more input from both the CEO and CFO and could prove to be at the worst counter productive and at the best neutral, a few more years experience without trainer wheels would be fanatastic and SUD would find a cadidate who is fresh, enthusiastic, keen to succeed and ready to work their socks off.
