Beale/others, take the personalities out of it and the question becomes simple, is the business staffed/resourced sufficiently to meet the needs of its objectives????

Readers post is very valid as it clearly identifies a gap in attention to detail. Should this be evident in the data pack ( I personally doubt it would be) then we are looking to sell a scratched car...

I have no doubt management are working their butts off, however, if lack of time affects quality of output, then I suppose we have a fundamental problem...
