As you say Kruiser, people wouldn't be soaking up the stock at these bargain basement prices unless they are anticipating a significant deal being announced soon regarding a good deal for this prime shell.

Probably outside the resource industry and more than likely to be some sort of progressive tech project with good upside.

Fingers crossed it is good enough to warrant the 9c options being exercised.
