people sell for all sorts of reasons. I think its held pretty well considering it was trading sub 2c for such a long time. Hopefully all the shares changing hands is a sign that a deal is just around the corner

management did do an excellent job of preserving cash. There are too many shells out there where management continue to pay themselves outrageous salaries when all they do is cut and paste the quarterly statement and take their mates out for lunch (SRK for example, the MD is still on US$400k per year and the company does nothing!).
