If you look at the Allan gray "Change in substantial holding" announcements oer the last 6 months you'll see that the registered holder for all Allan gray shares is Either Cit or JP Morgan. Looking at the top 20 list, these two pretty much account for the total 15% held by the fund.

Alternatively, if you just consider the fact that Allan Gray are contrarian value investors, that generally maintain a 5 to 10 year invetsment horizon, then obviously they wouldn't simply acquire such a large holding, only to sell it a month later at a loss. I think its Pretty safe to assume that they still have their 15% stake.
