Unfortunately the $6 Million share placement to Forise Investments was only in June 2018 (less than 12 months) which effectively had a large dilutionary effect. The market cap is probably greater than it was 12 months ago. No broker or insto buying this, so highly unlikely there's any JV talk. This will get bought up well before if any JV is coming. In the meantime its just mum's and dad's buying and selling to mum's and dad's.
