Thank you for all of the comments and analysis above - they are fantastic. We should never forget the commodity price cycle for all commodities. The low operating cost for Toliara provides confidence that Base can survive in good shape in the event of a significant downturn. This is in contrast to last time where Base was looking very shaky around 2016.
