I am undeniably a short termer in TRT and would never pay anymore for it than I needed to.
I have never heard a company apologise for its actions that result in the share price dropping, thus losing me my personal wealth, so the kumbayah approach doesn't hold sway with me.....

I also hold a lot of long term investments, and would apply exactly the same approach....

$4M is a big raise and TRT certainly doesn't need all of it to get a lot of work done.
