I'm with you on this one jelly. BSP and Paul are not going to set out to destroy share holder value when their fortunes are tied to the share price of TNP - it just wouldn't make sense. This transaction has the capacity to transform the company.
I'm very keen to get the results from the first well, but this transaction could be a huge benefit to the company in my view (all subject to further details).
