The announcement is actually a pretty good one to me. It means they are trying to fast track dual listing on HK stock exchange. To me that is a sign of getting some Asian capitals into the company and building the company up.
We may be diluted but I'll wait and see what the final price is. Asian investors would understand Chinese operations a lot better plus tommy would have a lot of cash behind him.
