@Chrimata looking at the presentation i can see 35million tradable shares, and 9 million consideration share... Can someone explain what they are? Once due diligence and jorc resource confirmed we are issuing approx another 11 million shares so I get a total of 46 million without the consideration shares .... I noticed they have 13 million in the money options also so are they included in the 35 million? Or do we need to add them too....
