    Yet S.A. and now Vic are choosing lithium batteries for grid. Obviously we do have some of the dullest politicians in the world, but even so...we are yet to see any demand from VRBs impact the vanadium price.
    Despite the benefits of the tech those in purchasing positions know they won't be around to obtain the benefits of VRBs and so are going with cheaper start up costs of lithium ( I have been called a cynic believe it or not). Hopefully not a beta v VHS outcome developing for vanadium...

    While some companies have a higher capex - the multi commodities derived more than compensates as far as I can fathom. It may well be those going with stand alone vanadium mines are left out in the cold when prices dip - and dip they will if TNO joins TNG AVL and TMT in production. If KRC joins in somehow (questionable IMHO) well forget about it. Anyone else except the next cheapest opex operator probably goes out of business as soon as their BOA expires and they can look forward to their floor price being the norm until it does... unless the boom really does arrive BIG style.
