Bushveld Minerals are perhaps worth keeping in mind not as a competitor but perhaps more as a potential collaborator because of their subsidiary Bushveld Energy which is building a VRFB electrolyte plant capable of producing 200-400MWh of electrolyte for VRFB energy storage (that is 1,000-2,000 tonnes of Vanadium worth) per year and their CEO Mikhail Nikomarov went on record yesterday stating:-
The Bushveld Energy subsidiary is all about providing expertise, know-how and capacity in the most rapidly growing market for vanadium, be it vanadium produced by sister company Bushveld Vanadium, or vanadium sourced elsewhere.
