they start or take over a facility build it up to breakeven or better and then sell it to the listed entity.
listed entity gives away part of the return for getting things that are cash flow positive and not a drag on earnings.
Was in this at $1 and out at $2.60 ... thinking of getting back in but it is quiet volatile !
