    base case has NPV at -94.5m BEFORE Fox and CBS mitigated claims.

    So, KPMG is saying CBS is paying 200m for a business that is worth:

    at best 116m

    at worst -405m

    and as a base -95.4 million.

    someone tell me I'm not reading that right?
