Except for the fact that the billion dollars isn't in the TNG bank account just yet this is fantastic news and clearly SMS are steering this ship a tier one pilot and yet after a great announcement its being over thought with the what if this and what is that if you do own shares in this company its time to stop and realize the progress that has been achieved and the scale of this project with the worst of the hold ups behind us ( example ) EIS , CLC , ML at this point in time it's not about the share price and dilution it's about getting this monster up and running as a producer then worry about the share price and I am tipping no matter what the dilution is the share price will be much greater than now this is a great announcement no matter what the timeframe to achieve the company goals
