From a timeline perspective I agree completely but it's clear from multiple highly thumbed posts that the average holder has absolutely no idea of the ECA process despite management citing German export credit as a major source of finance for years now. What the projects share in common is that they're both required to jump through the same hoops. 

If management laid the process out as other ASX juniors (at least three others come to mind) there wouldn't be this pendulum of confusion that swings from euphoric jubilation to bitter disappointment when things don't happen the way punters expect it to happen.
