    Hi abishai, 

    I don't disagree, but could you help me understand what mechanism makes debt over 70% unrealiatic? 

    Is it that the debt becomes more risky because there is no one to take any hit to projected profits that arises? Or is there equity offered to secure lower cost of debt? I'm curious.
