I,m just quoting PB from the AFR article.Let's assume vollant was referring to the senior debt component(which they will target first) and PB was referring to the financial close,i.e. the rest of the debt and equity components.That way each of their respective statements make sense.The DD process will take as long as it takes and will not be rushed,especially considering the sums involved and the 'unproven'nature of the tech.
