Why won't anyone buy it then !?
Does anybody have an understanding of why no BOAs with actual users have been possible over the last 5 years, but this trading house reckons they can flog the lot on the spot market? PB had a crack - no luck. We got some ti experts in (and my hopes up) - same result.
Now we have a "marketing agreement" of a BOA. So who or what are they selling to that we couldn't?
