I looked into this with some friends who know a bit about both organisations. There seems a lot has passed under the bridge and there is a long way to go. BCC is very litigious, and keeping their old systems running will be costly as they have reached end of life. T1 will fix the scenario, but will be costly, distract them, and will cause reputational damage in one of their biggest markets.
