It's a very difficult environment to raise capital..... really when exactly was it easy has been tough for the micro-cap resources sector for many years now ..so nothing new there but many other micro-cap miners involve all S/H's not just a select few which of course happened in SEPT18 and most likely will happen again in time..

Now I'm going be happy to be wrong and Patto mates don't just dump on any movement higher as patto clients have been well known to do over the years .. and they hold till production ...but I won't be holding my breath..

Pre - lastest funds the company did have the cash to make it to April going from last Qtr report.. so what would have been so wrong with just getting the same interested parties to underwrite a much larger offer say 6-7mill but this time open up the offer to S/H's same price I certainly would have have been keen as I'm sure many would have been ..
