to be fair I was very pessimistic with the profit amount, and in reality $4 is likely.

However, one has to include the dilution that will occur in the meantime, BEFORE the financing is arranged.
The sooner the better obviously. The longer it takes and the more CapRaising, that $4 and above gradually becomes
more remote.

Sounds a bit like down-ramping, which is not my intention, so Ill take a break from posting, for the moment.
