I agree CR is not a bad thing depending on the purpose and given that they have so many opportunities to go after, it is better for them to be able to hire and attack those area outlined in report earlier rather than losing opportunities by slowly building cashflow.
Don't get me wrong I am not against cashflow nor dilution, it's all depend on what is best for the business and shareholders.
